For chuck jaws, We have standard serration pitch of soft jaws such as 1.5x60°, 1.5x90°, 2.5x90°, 3.0x60°, 1/16x90°, 3/32x90°, Non-standard specification can be made according to customers’ different demand, we can also produce aluminum, nylon, brass and stainless steel material jaws, Our company has developed supper light alloy soft jaws which weight is only one third of the regular types, this product can not only prevent from deformation issue of thin wall tube workpiece during the clamping process, but effectively improve centrifugal force of the chuck as well.

For hydraulic power chucks, we have been making the standard specification power chuck and rotary cylinders, our power chuck body accuracy can meet within 0.01mm, the rigidity and wearing resistance quality is very good. The cost performance is very competitive. For special using chucks, we have collet chucks, index chucks, scroll chucks, chucks with built-in cylinders, pin arbor chucks, our company also provide OEM and ODE service on chucks and rotary cylinders products

About the quality assurance, we promise our products 100% inspected and 100% qualified before shipping out, In case of quality defects before customer using, buyer should notify Omatei within a week after receiving it, Omatei is responsible for the freight charge of returning and re-sending. Buyer should package the goods firmly for returning transportation safety. If buyer need changing to other goods before use, we can agree on this under the condition of buyer paying all the freight cost.
